Have your students visit www.census.gov/schools/facts/ to find out various interesting facts about the states. Use either the drop-down menu, or click directly on the map to pick what state you want to learn more about. Did you know that the Michigan State Muffin is the Blueberry Muffin? or that the state has 13 Ice Cream and Frozen Dessert Makers?
